A tu primera pregunta, no es qe no hubiese guitarra, sino qe el protagonista no era la guitarra. Digamos qe era un concierto estrella porqe lo daban dos "estrellas".

Uy, precisamente en la crónica del concierto de Gismonti de 2006 dejé caer como qien no qiere la cosa una sutil alusión a una de las grandes cagadas de la prensa mundial:
"Dadas ciertas crónicas de su actuación del año pasado, qe rezaban qe el momento más emotivo de su concierto había sido cuando tocó la guitarra a dúo con su hijo, algunos no parecían ansiosos por oír a Gismonti.
