Hay convocatorias cuyos requisitos son tan especiales que me parece mentira que alguien pueda presentar una obra que no sea específica para ellas. Un ejemplo es "punto y raya". En esta primera edición piden obras audiovisuales construidas mediante puntos y rayas como fines en sí mismos, es decir, evitando toda noción de figuración y narrativa. Según los organizadores, punto y raya explora la síntesis máxima de la dualidad forma·movimiento en diversas esferas artísticas. Propone la utilización de la materia prima de la abstracción humana para revelar los logros y las limitaciones de nuestras formas de representación. Como la cosa es compleja ponen ejemplos en su página web. El plazo acaba el día 15 de julio.
A modo de ejemplo también tienen un enlace a Planilandia la novela de Edwin A. Abbott que narra la vida de figuras geométricas viviendo en el plano.
Atentos a los requisitos.
: Los puntos·rayas deben evadir toda noción de figuración y narrativa.
: Pueden experimentar todo tipo de movimiento en el plano siempre y cuando no se brinde noción de perspectiva o profundidad.
: Se acepta cualquier técnica de ilustración y animación siempre que los puntos·rayas no se extiendan en el espacio [no tengan volumen ni superficie] o sean la unidad mínima de la herramienta utilizada. Del lápiz al stylus, del punto·analógico al píxel·digital, incluso carbonilla, tiza y crayón son consideradas técnicas puntuales ya que su granulación es irreductible [es la unidad mínima de esa herramienta].
: Los fondos deberán ser lisos [planos]. Puedes utilizar color y gradientes, pero no texturas o estampados.
: La banda sonora debe ser no·narrativa.
: No importa cual sea su formato original y fecha de realización, se aceptará cualquier trabajo que cumpla los requisitos mencionados arriba.
: La duración no podrá exceder los 9 minutos.
: Cada autor podrá presentar el número de obras que desee.
