Me sorprende una noticia que acabo de ver en las noticias de tve2.
Resulta que en medio de toda la vorágine y de la gran paradoja que está ocurriendo con las constructoras-destructoras del paisaje pinariego en la cuenca del Duero, del cual se ha ido dando amplia cobertura mediática en los últimos meses, ha saltado a la palestra el alcalde del coqueto municipio de Coca (Segovia), don Juan Carlos Álvarez, con esta declaración que resume todo el expediente que ha presentado su corporación al gobierno estatal: 'Quien limpia la atmósfera deberá cobrar lo que paga el que contamina'.
Esta frase, soltada con dos cojones, como diría mi abuelo, está estructurada y pensada sobre la base del tan vapuleado protocolo de Kioto, dentro de las proclamas de conservación de los ambientes generadores de oxígeno.
Para los malpensados, este pintoresco alcalde (en la entrevista televisiva salía ataviado cual Indiana Jones con su sombrero de fieltro calado), puede dar a enteder esta otra opción (lo traduzo libremente):'O se nos da dinero, o no respondemos de lo que suceda en los montes'.
De momento esta situación no parece ser el pensamiento más realista: todos los concejales del ayuntamiento han apoyado la moción.
No hay muchos enlaces sobre el tema. El del Norte y poco más. Quizás en los medios ecologistas no le den boga por no ser de sus 'colores' políticos. O quizás no lo digan porque esto, en el fondo, no está del todo tan claro. Esta última es la sensación que yo tengo y de la que espero obtener más datos en los próximos días, los cuales superen el simple hecho mediático.
