"In the darkest hour there may be light" es el título de la exposición que presenta la Galería Serpentine de/y/en Londres desde el 25 nov al 28 de enero del 2007.
Como es sabido, Damien Hirst además de ser uno de los autores punteros de lo que se ha venido a llamar "jóvenes artistas británicos", es también curator circunstancial o puntual y un gran coleccionista ... fruto en buena parte de una práctica habitual entre artistas desde tiempos inmemoriables, el intercambio de obra.
Y fruto también de estas dos circunstancias nace esta expo, "en el momento de la mayor oscuridad puede surgir la luz" ... en su mayor parte pertenecientes a su colección privada sobre asuntos mortuorios o funerarios o relaccionados con el momento inevitable.
