Recibimos un comunicado del grupo de pop "Garzón" y su disquera "Grabaciones en el Mar" explicando que a partir de hoy viernes 21 de julio, el grupo Garzón pasa a llamarse Grande-Marlaska
Según cuentan el pasado martes 18 de julio recibieron una notificación de los representantes legales de Baltasar Garzón en la que se les insta a "cesar en los actos que constituyen una intromisión a la imagen" del juez de la Audiencia Nacional. En el burofax enviado por el despacho de abogados Medina Cuadros se insta al grupo a que, antes de siete días, cambie el nombre de su página web (www.superjuez.com) y suprima tanto las fotografías del magistrado que aparecen en la misma como las alusiones que directa o indirectamente se refieren él.

BALTASAR GARZÓN AMENAZA CON LLEVAR A LOS TRIBUNALES AL GRUPO GARZÓN
Los miembros del grupo musical Garzón, una de las bandas revelación de la escena del pop independiente, recibieron el pasado martes 18 de julio una notificación de los representantes legales de Baltasar Garzón en la que se les insta a "cesar en los actos que constituyen una intromisión a la imagen" del juez de la Audiencia Nacional. En el burofax enviado por el despacho de abogados Medina Cuadros se insta al grupo a que, antes de siete días, cambie el nombre de su página web (www.superjuez.com) y suprima tanto las fotografías del magistrado que aparecen en la misma como las alusiones que directa o indirectamente se refieren él. En caso contrario, "se iniciarán las pertinentes acciones judiciales". El portavoz del grupo, que actuará hoy viernes en el Festival Internacional de Benicàssim, ha asegurado que se trata de un "terrible malentendido": "Cuando nos pusimos ese nombre sólo pretendíamos rendir un sentido homenaje a un prohombre que ha revalorizado conceptos denostados hoy día como ecuanimidad, progresismo y modestia". No obstante, pese a la total confianza del grupo en la justicia española -"que Garzón sea juez y tenga más abogados que OJ Simpson no quiere decir absolutamente nada"-, la banda ha decidido ir un paso más allá de las recomendaciones del magistrado: "Como dijo el caudillo tras la voladura de Carrero, no hay mal que por bien no venga. En realidad, hacía tiempo que nos habíamos dado cuenta de que no tenía sentido seguir llamándonos Garzón. El objetivo del nombre era homenajear al juez más grande de España. Sin embargo, el tiempo, ese juez supremo que da y quita razones, ha dictado sentencia por nosotros. Todo lo que sube, baja. Hay que mirar hacia el futuro. Por tanto, desde hoy viernes 21 de julio, el grupo Garzón pasa a llamarse Grande-Marlaska".

pues lo tienen jodido estos. Ya pueden quitar todas esas fotos de garzón echando leches.
y si cambian el nombre del grupo lo mismo no hace falta que cambien el dominio superjuez ... pero con esto de llamarlo grande-marlaska están en las mismas, se ve que es solo para ganar tiempo porque en unos dias les volverán a escribir diciendo que tampoco se pueden llamar grande-marlaska y tener un dominio que se llame superjuez, ya vereis.
y si cambian el nombre del grupo lo mismo no hace falta que cambien el dominio superjuez ... pero con esto de llamarlo grande-marlaska están en las mismas, se ve que es solo para ganar tiempo porque en unos dias les volverán a escribir diciendo que tampoco se pueden llamar grande-marlaska y tener un dominio que se llame superjuez, ya vereis.

los jueces son intocables, "algunos" mas que otros y esos "algunos" lo pueden ser mas que el presidente del gobierno y que el mismisimo rey... de tal forma que ahora mismo están por encima de todos.
ayer lo vi por la tele, en el juicio de txapote, el de ETA, no se si se podrá decir aquí o será un lío, pero fue vergonzoso como reaccionó el juez ante la negativa de txapote a hacerle caso, no entro aquí en cuestiones políticas o de reparto de poder, está claro que son ellos (los jueces) quienes decidirán si es culpable o inocente de los delitos que se le imputan (aparte de que el subsodicho reconozca o no al tribunal, que eso no cuenta), pero la reacción del Sr juez cuando le mandó sentar a txapote y este se negó y el otro insistió y este se enfadó ... mamma mía !! que verguenza.

- txapote : a ver si se cree usted que me voy yo a sentar cuando usté lo diga
- el juez : pues si
como dos niños pequeños, como en misa : "alabado sea el señor" (y todos de pie),

Está claro que un juez tiene que sacar adelante un juicio, eso se espera de él, para eso se le contrata y para eso se le paga, pero apañados estamos si a partir de ahora la imagen del juez debe ser la del ser supremo infalible y todopoderoso, que dios nos asista ante la justicia porque entonces ya no será tal, sino "ajusticia".
Siempre creí que los jueces en democracia debían ser personas independientes, amantes de su profesión pero sin inclinaciones mesiánicas, justos ... lo cual significa ¿que? que van a ser imparciales, que no se van a dejar llevar por impresiones previas, ni por presiones de ningún tipo ni subjetividades, personas bien formadas e incorruptibles cuya función es llegar al fondo de un asunto, del que se trate, del que se enjuicie, con autoridad moral (no autoridad tetosferonera), la autoridad moral que quien hace bien su trabajo porque lo siente y es su obligación ... pero cuidado, Zaplana también lo siente y piensa que es su obligación y miren ustedes las cosas que dice y que propone, verdaderos disparates, casi cómico sino fuera porque es real ... en fin, la cosa está jodida, estos chicos del grupo Garzón (que por cierto personalmente me parecen malos, no me gustan), ya pueden andarse con cuidado porque se van a meter en un lio.
