Algunos Blogs Servers esconden cláusulas abusivas que pocos conocen estilo MySpace, MSN Spaces, Pure Volume, Facebook, 43Places ... por las cuales se llegan a ceder los derechos sobre las obras o dicho de otro modo, si hay algo ilegal es problema tuyo, pero si funciona bien nos quedamos con ello ... Nos avisa dj pay vía desfase
La noticia mas en detalle está desarrollada en la web de una conocida cadena de supermercados. My space, propiedad de Fox, no sólo tuvo que pagar unos cuantos millones hace poco por instalar programas espia entre sus usuarios, (total nimiedades), sino que se encuentra actualmente en un proceso legal con el grupo Artic Monkeys por los derechos de sus canciones colgadas en este servidor ... y es que a veces hay que leer la letra pequeña.
Ahí teneis todos los datos, especialmente atención a 43 places, y al que le interese o esté en esa situación que se moleste un poco en leerlo, y que cada cual valore donde se mete ...

Cada vez se leen menos los términos de los contratos que se aceptan en Internet, entre otras cosas porque el usuario está continuamente entrando en páginas y utilizando nuevos servicios que exigen una relación contractual. Sin embargo, detrás de muchos servicios cotidianos se esconden cláusulas abusivas que pueden generar numerosos problemas legales al consumidor.
Y tiene toda la razón, aunque eso no ocurre sólo en internet, pasa con cualquier contrato, ya no se trata de que la letra sea pequeña, sino que te lo meten al final, dspués de varios folios y folios y folios y no hay dios que aguante tanto.
Espero que un día de estos algún juez les meta un puro por impresentables, engañones, estafadores y por hacer perder el tiempo a la gente de esa manera.
