Otra campaña que se está promoviendo desde la CNT, simultaneamente con la de objeción fiscal, es la de apostasía.

Dicen: "Queremos poner en vuestro conocimiento la “campaña por la apostasía” que hemos puesto en marcha desde el Ateneo Libertario Gregorio Baticón y la Sección Sindical de Enseñanza de la CNT.

Consideramos que no es suficiente reivindicar un mundo laico, y que debemos ser consecuentes con nuestro pensamiento. Por ello, es nuestra intención animar a todo aquel que así lo desee a apostatar y borrarse de la iglesia. Ello es posible, aunque la iglesia ponga todas las trabas del mundo. Algunos de nosotros ya lo hemos hecho y sabemos lo que es enfrentarse a este trámite.

Se va a realizar una Charla sobre la necesidad de apostatar, en el Centro Cívico “El Campillo”, el jueves 30 de marzo, a las 20:00 h., a la cual deseamos invitaros. Y por último pretendemos en el mes de abril (el día 7 para ser más exactos) presentar ante el Arzobispado de Valladolid todas las solicitudes recogidas durante la campaña.

Me he despertado con todos los dedos en mis manos, mis manos en mis brazos y mis brazos en mi cuerpo. Me he despertado y ningun misil tomahauk ha hecho volar mi habitación por los aires. Tampoco se oyen gritos en la calle y el silencio sigue sin sonar a muerte. Me he despertado en Occidente. Madrid 17 de Marzo de 2006. Las bombas sólo explotan en mi televisor.

Ayer,Viernes varios grupos autónomos se coordinaron para traer por unas horas la guerra a casa. Entre las 8 y las 9 de la noche las estaciones de Metro de Antón Martín y la Latina fueron rebautizadas como Basora y Faluya, y cientos de marines se desplegaron sobre las paredes de los andenes, amenazantes y dejando claro un mensaje: la guerra continua y el compromiso de la sociedad civil internacional con el pueblo iraquí debe continuar. El olvido es el peor de los bombardeos, la memoria nuestra única defensa.

Los viajeros de metro fueron sorprendidos por carteles que les advertían que estaban en una zona militarmente ocupada y que allí sus derechos, como en Irak, ya no eran los mismos. Los vagones de metro “ocupados militarmente” circularon desde entonces difundiendo este mensaje.

Al cumplirse tres años de ocupación y crimenes de guerra del Ejercito Norteamericano y la Coalición Internacional en Irak, Madrid se convirtió por unas horas en campo de batalla.

Pues es verdad que es discutible llamar "desobediencia" a la apostasía, aunque la presión tácita de la opinión mayoritaria también puede entenderse como "norma" a la que desobedecer. Además, aunque parezca mentira, el derecho canónico forma parte del ordenamiento jurídico, y es el que amenaza con tantos tramites a quién quiere salir de sus garras; asi que hay una norma injusta a la que resisitir. De todas formas, la calificación de la apostasía como desobediencia era mia, no de la CNT. Lo he quitado para evitar confusión.

Me han gustado las dos acciones.
La del Guernika, lástima que la foto no sea muy allá ... pero contando con que está prohibido meter cámaras de video-foto en el recinto, bastante han hecho.
La del metro -zona de guerra- ... ya se que es mucho decir, pero unos cassettones (esos enormes aparatos portátiles que usan los hip-hoperos) dando caña con unos recordings electrónicos axfisiantes, balas, bombas, gritos, etc, habría ayudado bastante.
Ya se, ya se, no es una instalación artística en el macba, es una acción en directo y contra pronóstico y guardas jurados, pero vamos, que les habría quedado matizado.
La apostasía no es tan dificil como parece, ponen trabas, si, pero muchas menos que hace unos años, cuando lo intenté yo por primera vez, hay que molestarse un poco, eso es todo y pillar ese tiempo para hacerlo.
La objección fiscal militar es otra cosa, no lo tengo tan claro, no termino de ver exactamente la historia.
Lo mismo debería estudiarlo mas o hablar con alguien que me lo explique en términos que yo pueda entender. El concepto desobediencia civil lo entiendo y lo practico normalmente, pero la objeción fiscal se me escapa. Ya lo pillaré, por el momento prefiero seguir sin tener que hacer declaración de la renta.

siguiendo con lo de la objeción fiscal acaba de llegar esta nota de la CGT :

A quien esté interesad@:

Mañana miércoles y dentro de la campaña de objeción fiscal que esta
promoviendo CGT se indicara a todo el que quiera acudir como realizar la Objecion Fiscal. Si venis con la declaracion de la renta que os genera Hacienda, o bien la que genera el programa PADRE y un impreso en papel que podeis comprar en cualquier estanco o en hacienda, podemos rellenar aqui mismo la declaracion, preparar lo de la objeccion fiscal y asi dejarla lista para entregar.
Si no la teneis hecha y es de interes, se podra explicar con unas nociones muy sencillas como funciona la declaracion de la renta y como se rellena y bajo que conceptos se practican las reducciones y las deducciones en la misma, por lo que quien quiera puede acudir con el certificado de retenciones y sus otros papeles de deducir se podrian dar dichas explicaciones, preparar lo de la Objeccion Fiscal y rellenarla in situ.
La hora será entre las 19:30 y las 21:30 de la tarde, en la sala de
reuniones de la C/ Dos de Mayo Si alguien esta interesado pero no puede acudir en ese horario que lo indique y se buscaria la opcion de establecer un turno por la mañana o un nuevo horario.
