XV semana internacional de música experimental
Metrònom (Barcelona), del 7 al 11 de febrero de 2006.Entrada gratuita.
El programa de esta edición está dedicado a las experiencias sonoras con percusión, y cuenta con músicos de planteamientos muy diferentes que mezclan tradiciones y culturas, figuras del jazz europeo junto a maestros de la fusión que trabajan sobre improvisación experimental.

Este es un festival que varía de un año a otro en cuanto a la temática, el año pasado lo dedicaban a músicos experimentales en busca de un lenguaje propio que enfocan su trabajo apoyándose en la evolución y desarrollo de instrumentos modificados o extendidos pero sin recurrir a las últimas tecnologías.
Este año se dedica a las experiencias sonoras con la percusión. El programa de esta edición, la décimoquinta, comisariada por el colectivo Percussions de Barcelona, contará con músicos de seis nacionalidades con un planteamiento heterogéneo que mezclará tradiciones y culturas, mostrando figuras del jazz europeo junto a maestros de la fusión que trabajan sobre improvisación experimental.
