Devotos del vídeo-clip
Hace unos días descubrí esta web, autodenominada Devotos del vídeo-clip. Mi sorpresa fue ver la enorme cantidad de vídeo-clips que puedes ver/bajarte. Y entonces a uno le vienen las dudas. En primer lugar la duda legal ¿tendrán permiso para hacer eso? Y en segundo lugar la duda moral ¿De no ser así yo debería o no enlazarles en el ladrilio? En principio es ilegal poner un video de esos. Y me sorprendería que tuviesen autorización.
También es obvio que hay proyectos empresariales (no artísticos) como youtube.como revver.com que son servicios grandes, legales... pero en los que puedes encontrar material que no está muy claro que sea legal... y hay miles de usarios...
En fin que me he decidido a ponerlo. Si sigues navegando por esa web, en la sección Are you talking to me (enorme De Niro) podrás encontrar también trailers de películas, descartes... para darte otra panzada, vamos.

en un principio no es asunto nuestro si tienen o no permiso de la RIAA para poner esos videos on-line, no sabemos si pagarán por ello, tendrán algún acuerdo o etc ...
Es ilegal poner enlaces a sitios evidentemente ilegales, por ejemplo una página de pornografía infantil, un sitio donde provean de software propietario crackeado ...
Otra situación distinta es si metes ese contenido "dentro" de tu web, bien a través de marcos, copiando y reproduciendo o de enlaces directos (en el caso de los videos) integrados en documentos alojados en tu sitio, pero tu post es meramente informativo con un enlace externo del cual desconocemos verdaderamente quien son, a que se dedican o porque motivo hacen un blog.
En Va-web hay mas de un centenar de mp3 y videos disponibles, claro que hay una nota bien clara que dice que están ahí puestos con fin promocional, con consentimiento de los autores, y además fiándonos de su palabra de que no pertenecen a ninguna gestora de derechos de autor ... pero imajinate que nos engañan ...

Otra situación distinta es si metes ese contenido "dentro" de tu web, bien a través de marcos, copiando y reproduciendo o de enlaces directos (en el caso de los videos) integrados en documentos alojados en tu sitio, pero tu post es meramente informativo con un enlace externo del cual desconocemos verdaderamente quien son, a que se dedican o porque motivo hacen un blog.
En Va-web hay mas de un centenar de mp3 y videos disponibles, claro que hay una nota bien clara que dice que están ahí puestos con fin promocional, con consentimiento de los autores, y además fiándonos de su palabra de que no pertenecen a ninguna gestora de derechos de autor ... pero imajinate que nos engañan ...
