Downhill Battle anuncia DTV dentro de su proyecto Participatory Culture Foundation.
DTV es una nueva plataforma, gratis y de código abierto, para la televisión y el video en internet. El usuario puede suscribirse a canales, ver videos o construir una librería de video usando un interface intuitivo. El software de publicación permite emitir video a pantalla completa. Este es un proyecto sin ánimo de lucro, libre y de código abierto, construido sobre standards abiertos. La versión para Windows y una página web completa están en trabajos y llegarán en unas semanas. Por el momento la beta 1 necesita OSX 10.3 y QuickTime 7.
